The PCC Annual Meeting will be held 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. Saturday, June 14th at Blue Jacket Studios & Gallery in Brewster- home of artist Liz Perry.

Print Swap bring an unframed print, wrapped in brown paper, to exchange with a fellow printmaker

The Monotype Guild of New England presents:
THE CONSTRUCTED MARK a workshop with Ron Pokrasso (August 11 - 15, 2008)
The workshop focus will be to transform your monotypes (works on paper) to panels that can then be handled as paintings, collage and assemblages. Various forms of printmaking set the stage for images in the first two days. Then using woodwork tools, wood panels and hollow core doors, participants will learn how to construct their own substrates for furthering compositions...

The Old Selectman's Building
October 14 - 20th, 2008
For the third year, The Printmakers of Cape Cod has been invited to present a showcase of work by a handful of members at The Old Selectman's Building in West Barnstable. This is a do-it-yourself show. 5 - 7 Artists are needed to who are willing to help hang and dismantle the exhibit as well as man the gallery during the show. (Note: October 18 - 20th is Columbus Day Weekend) Interested artists should contact Michelle Law at studio330@comcast.net for more information.

Printmakers of Cape Cod was organized in 1976 to encourage, assist, and promote printmaking on Cape Cod as well as to provide educational opportunities for new printmakers, collectors, and others interested in original prints.
Printmakers of Cape Cod sponsors workshops, exhibitions, and other events during the year. Recent workshops have included oil- and water-based monotype, woodcut, etching, and viscosity printmaking.
Social events include exhibition openings, occasional potluck dinners, bus trips, and the Annual Meeting Picnic Lunch and Print Swap. These events provide informal opportunities for sharing information and developing unique friendships with other printmakers
