JOURNEY, Mayflower 400 Exhibition
Printmakers of Cape Cod (USA) and the Tamar Valley Printmakers (UK) presented a new body of artistic work, titled “Journey,” to celebrate the 400th anniversary of the Mayflower’s historic journey to North America.

Each artist expresses a personal interpretation of the theme, “Journey”, whether from a social, emotional, or historical perspective. This new body of original prints, created by twenty 20 PCC members ( juried by Deborah Cornell ) and 20 from the UK, was to be exhibited in both countries during 2020 2021. It was exhibited generously by the Cape Cod Museum in April of 2020 and well received. One (6) portfolio of the 40 prints was gifted to the Cape Museum of Art permanent collection.

The Dennis Conservation Land Trust
invites the members of the Printmakers of Cape Cod to create works inspired by one of its many Land holdings in celebration of the 40th anniversary of The Cape Cod Museum of Art and the stewardship of the land by the DCLT.

The works will be exhibited in the PSD gallery at CCMoA with an environmental Theme site specific to the DCLT sites
July 31st - Submissions by email: CCMOA.org/PCC (There will be a form to fill out; up to 3 entries may be submitted, each with: Title/media/dimensions/Artist name)
August 3rd - Submissions juried
August 5th - notification to artists on selections
Drop Off: Monday August 16th 1-3pm at CCMoA
